For those of you who know her but may not have heard the news, her partner posted this on various mailing lists today:
It is with regrets that I announce that Lauren Mulvihill passed away, rather suddenly and unexpectedly, sometime during the day Monday the 14th of Aug 2006. She was a passionate woman full of fire and joy. She will be greatly missed by many.
Visitation will be at Kelly's funeral home ), 1255 Walkley road, one block east of Bank street, Bus route #8. Visitation open on Sunday 1 to 4 pm; 6 to 9 pm. Monday open at 9:30 am. There will be a Christian blessing and a Pagan blessing starting at 11 am. Also open Monday evening from 5 to 8 pm.
Rather than bringing flowers, if you wish, you may make a donation to the Canadian Breast Cancer Foundation.
I feel blessed by all the love and friendship that came this way. Many have come to help and support. I thank you all for your support, thoughts, positive energy and love.
If you feel you would like to pass on a message contact Gabrielle Esligar or Douglas Thew (currently @ Lynn (the dark)). We ask that no one contact us directly at this point in time because there is a lot that we are trying to deal with right now.
