The pain of triumph and revelry.

I’m not going to do the obvious and say that Halloween was awesome, then crank out a thousand words about HOW Halloween was awesome. For it is the Morning After and I am beat like a drum.

Halloween was awesome. halloween was Awesome. However, halloween WAS awesome. It’s over, and we’ll miss it until next year.

Hanover Avenue had, this year, not ONLY a Pirate Ship, but a two-house-wide castle.

Big group this year, too. Eight people, I think.

Jason was a knight
Jason was a mime
Nikki was a roman princess
Scott had a rockin’ WAY oversized pharaoh headdress
Christine was an undead breakdancer...possibly an undead Michael Jackson a la Thriller
Corey did the sheet ghost…classic!
Jhyle was Jem, from Jem and The Holograms
And Rachael was an Ice Princess

My feet hurt. It was worth it.

I’m seriously considering writing a rant about grubby little children who go out in no costume at all and expect to get candy, but I’m not going to subject you people to that.
