The Palace
In The Palace, there are many people, all serving one cause. In The Palace, we are only waiting for time to pass. Other than royalty, no one is allowed to die in The Palace. We know we are all going to leave The Palace in due time. Some choose to live it out in peace, some choose to make the best of time and gain credence, some choose to benefit only themselves ruthlessly. Why these people make such choices is arcane. But I must say, life in The Palace is lonely and there are only more of such people driven by the lonliness. We must have compassion for them, understand them. They do not know what they are doing. We can only blame ourselves for being offended because we managed to emerge onto a higher level than they are. They want to join us, to be us, but will never be. They will try their best to bring us down. Feel sorry for them.
