Casper had to be there to receive her and bask in her aura
He dragged his younger sister along so she could experience the magic too
She was surrounded by many other worshipers but Casper did manage to be within arm's length of her being
He lit joss sticks, burnt paper effigies, put up offerings and drew divine lots to ask for her blessings for his new job

After praying, C and Crystal met with K for their sibling outing to watch The Time Traveler's Wife
Casper first got the book years back and made his siblings read it too
He absolutely loved the book and wanted to catch the movie adaptation the day it opened
The core of the story was presented well enough but C could not help but fault the editing
It seemed a little too quick to end scenes, not allowing the feel of the moment to build up
Also, he preferred the ending in the book
That very ending that made him weep while reading it on public transport
He enjoyed the film nonetheless
and there wasn't a dry eye in the cinema during the screening
He can't wait for G to return to watch it again together
After a depressing flick, the three of them wanted some comfort food
And Ben & Jerry's provided just the right fix
