But Casper gets distracted by the great view available
Casper really hates it when people damage public property
Especially library books!
Must they scribble, highlight and fold the pages of what is not their's?!
So inconsiderate and selfish!
Casper would love to pull all their hair out
Because they are smart enough to attain a level of education to require those books in the reference library
Yet are not using their head properly to think that they are being such idiots!
He would also love to stab their eyeballs out with whatever pens, pencils and highlighters for scribbling and leaving marks on the pages!
And for folding pages, he would love to use the finger crushing clamps used in ancient Chinese torture techniques!
