Got five minutes from work so I guess I'll update.
Sunday
Gym - 1 hour. Did more cardio than usual and a fair amount of weights
Bouldering - 20 minutes. Topped off my gym session with a bit of a climb. Managed a couple of routes I'd really struggled with before which made me happy.
Wii Fit - 12 minutes. Didn't intend to do much, just thought I'd have a go at the "challenges". Managed to do 50 Push-ups and 30 jack-knives. The push-ups nearly killed me. I was muttering swear-words under my breath towards the end. Can't say I'm looking forward to doing 60 soon (tomorrow I think).

Monday
Walk to Work - 2 Miles (Got taxi in the morn with katie)
Swimming - 1 Mile (Would have done more but it got to kicking out time!)
WiiFit - 15minutes (Just muscle exercises + Yoga)

Tuesday
Ended up doing my Tuesday session way later as I met up with Abi for a drink in Leeds. That was really nice, grabbed some food from Wetherspoons and both tackled a bottle of wine (although Abi managed far more than me!). We also visited a pub which was distinctly... "Barrow". It was like the Shef before it fell to the ravages of time/poor landlords.
By the time I got back I wasn't much in the mood for doing anything but ended up doing:
Walk to work - 3.75 Miles
Wiifit - 28 minutes - Did a shed load of muscle exercises with loads of reps. Was shattered afterwards. Then did a ten minute jog to finish off.
Weight: 10 Stone 4 (Up 1lb but I did weigh myself after eating + way later than I normally would).
Off to Jenny and Rick's tonight to watch the Curious Case of Benjamin Button, then on Thursday I'm going for a climb with Nigel (the bloke I normally climb with). Looking forward to it, can't wait till the weather's a bit better and I can get myself outside on some actual real walls!
Then Friday Katie + I are off to the Panto (preceded by a lovely Fish and Chip meal at the Wetherby Whaler). I'm hungry thinking about it.
