Update + Exercise :)

Hello there neglected journal! How've you been? I've been ill, playing lots of video games and doing a bit of exercise!

We got Wii Fit for Xmas from Katie's Mam and Dad, I've actually been having a lot of fun with it and some of the exercises are incredibly knackering.

Being I've neglected my LJ and the recent acquisition of the Wii Balance Board I've decided to use this here journal to chronicle my exercise routine. It's largely for my own use, help me keep a track of what I've done but I'll keep it public, to bore you all.

So:

Friday:

Gym - 15 minutes on Cross Trainer
Gym - 40 minutes of weights (largely upper body/abs)
Climbing - 20 minutes of bouldering to cool down after climb.
Wii-Fit - 10 minutes, mostly push ups/jack knives. Short jog too.

Total: 1 hour 25mins
Weight: 10 stone 3lbs

Saturday

No gym, fancied a day of largely chilling out. Did some exercise at home instead
Home - 50 situps on bench
Home - Weights for 20 mins
Wii-Fit - 22 minutes, one long jog. Plenty of Push-ups, did ten on the push-up challenge.

Weight: 10 stone 2lbs

Sunday

Gym - 15 minutes on Treadmill (Uphill)
Gym - 40 minutes of weights (upper body/abs)
Climbing - 30 minutes of bouldering, attempted the overhang a number of times, left with achy arms
Wii-Fit - 25 minutes. 10 minute long jog, did 20 push-ups on the push-up challenge (It eventually builds up to 100, so it'll be 30 next time I try. Eep)

Weight: 10 stone 3lbs

So there we go. Boring to everyone but it helps me keep a track of what I'm up to. Probably off for a swim tomorrow (Haven't been due to this damn horrible cold I've had) so it'll be good to get back in to that again.

Right, lets see how long I keep this up for. Probably about two entries :)
