tonight was very productive and full of unexpected gifts. i now have a real, proper bookshelf in my room. and it's almost full already, so i'd better not buy more books. after buying 50+ books in one month (30 of them were $1 or $2 each) it's probably a good idea to slow down and read them all.
and then i found my beautiful peacoat from last winter that disappeared months ago. we searched for it, but it really seemed to have left the house. i went downstairs and it was just sitting on the couch. when you really think something's gone finding it again can make you so happy. i was just about to go replace it when i got paid. good timing, good timing.
