Maurice's First Name

Well I figured that since i had already posted something about the meaning of Alec's first name, I might as well do Maurice's as well. Maurice means Dark Skinned.

I guess I can't see the connection there like I could with Alec but It really doesn't matter I suppose.

One things for sure and that is I prefer the English pronunciation  of the name better then the more common pronunciation.
