my sister got married at the weekend.
and i have hardly slept since, though i doubt the two things are connected, since i quite like her bloke and the wedding was a pretty good piss up as these things go (and shhh i fancy one of her mates. way to drunk even to mention it mind you...) and worth it if only (but not only) for the site of my dad absolutely bladdered (i've never seen him drunk: ever.) and my mums cousins playing beatles tunes on guitar after the obligatory rubbishdisco till the small hours.
since then i restarted work, and have slept about 2 hours over the last two nights, i'm an absolute wreck and i think i'll end up like the bloke in the machinist if it doesnt stop soon (actually i've been having trouble sleeping for a few weeks now, it was really hard at emilie's, though i put that down to the heat and her uncomfortably mis-shapen sofa bed.)
