It seems that perhaps some strange kind of illness is sweeping the city once more? I can't tell, I don't have any of the symptoms, nor am I seeing things that aren't there. Well, any more than usual I suppose. But in such a case, how does one differentiate between the real and the dream

Speaking as someone quite familiar with hallucinations, definitely not ghosts exactly, but more like ghosts than something a sickness would cause.

Ghosts can be dealt with. Illness is another matter entirely.
