I got a phone call about 15 minutes ago that my mother was all opened up and they were beginning the procedure. It's a little scary, but they say things are going well....
I'll update again when I hear more.
In other news, I threw out my back on Saturday morning unloading an exercise bike that I bought from my friends Aaron and Maria. Oops! I was so excited to get it in the house to ride it, now I can't ride it. Grr. Anyways, it further drives home the point that I need to lose weight and get some exercise. So, I'll be trying some more of that once this back stops being an asshole.
