I think it has something to do with the fact that you can almost see some skin, if he were to lift his arm just a little bit higher.

That and the damn loose strings (ie: loose speedo strings). He only does it to make us horny.

Yes, but it's not just that picture...it's every picture when he's wearing that hoodie. OK, maybe not the Subway ones where the cuffs of his white dress shirt are folded over...but you get what I mean. It's just so damn simple and sexy. UGH.
