Stella is waving back, and trying to make a quesadilla on our hot-plate. She's never cooked before, should be interesting. Can you believe they don't allow microwaves? This place is so retro it's historic. I love it sometimes, but not when I'm missing Zero's fridge and Bridge's Synthetron.
It's easy enough to do if you use a pre-made tortilla. As for being retro? The school has been there for how many centuries?
Gah. She's got Little-Fish-Big-Pond syndrome. She used to be Someone in some little village (Chattering? Puddling? Do I care?) in West Whateverthehell, and Oxford is freaking her out. I would be sympathetic, but there are 200 other private school kids who are managing the same syndrome and doing it a helluva lot better.
You're so sympathetic. Cut her a break. Maybe deep down inside, she's nice and sweet.
Enough of her. She's hanging out with the first floor idiots, and apparently telling them I'm a Mob Princess, Nourhane's a terrorist-in-training, and Stella's some kind of aristocracy. We're thinking of lynching her before Christmas.
You could always tie her to the top of the tree as the angel. And speaking of angel's... No, not saying.
Speaking of: I should get enough time to go to L.A., although I may not be there over the actual holiday. New Year's might be do-able, I think? London office evidently shuts down, and if Daddy's not around, why should I be?
Exactly. LA, fun, dancing. It'll be awesome!
