Anders was wandering about the grounds on his Glider, smoking and pondering options for severe violence, when his phone rang.

"Parker! Sorry I forgot to get you a souvenir from Olympus?"

"You must always send me souvenirs when you go somewhere without me," Parker informed him. "Preferably cute ones. But I thought you guys were in Madagascar?"

"Still are, technically, yeah," Anders replied, peering out in the general direction of said locale. "Had a little side trip over the weekend though. All part of saving Fandom yet again, y'know how it goes."

"Oh, not again. So we're talking the literal Olympus? With, I'm assuming, supernatural types. What happened, and are you okay?" Experience may temper Parker's concern from Red Alert to Yellow Alert, but it still has a hair-trigger on it. "You didn't pick up a Greek god for me, didja?"

Isabel was in the midst of packing up various knick knacks around the room. She wasn't avoiding thinking about the weekend. It needed to be done.

"Hello?"

"So you are well enough to answer your phone," Parker said, wandering around and doing the inverse of Isabel: finding places for her knick-knacks until October. "I just finished talking to Anders. Are you okay now?"

"Yeah, I'll be fine," Isabel promised. "I'm just tired mostly."

"What *happened*? Anders didn't have any details, like where you were, or what the hell was going on. Hell, that's appropriate. God, at least he was never as crazy as Dru, but still."

Bridge and Xander are in the midst of an after-dinner Galaxyquest marathon when Bridge's phone rings. He groans a little when he sees the caller ID, almost certain that Parker's figured out their little prank by now. He *could* just ignore the call, sure, but part of him is still shaken up after the events of the weekend, and it'd be really nice to hear her voice, even if she was going to yell. At least it meant she was *around* to yell at him.

"Hey, dude!" he says, trying for cheerful and innocent.

"Hey, dude. How was your weekend?" Parker asked, tapping her fingers on the phone. "Tell me you're in one piece. But only if you don't have to lie."

[bridge_carson]

"I've had better," Bridge admits. "But I'm all here, I promise."

Parker sighed very softly in relief, hoping he wouldn't hear it, then lightly said, "I am torn between giving you a hard time about that engagement joke, and giving you a hard time about getting kidnapped. Got a preference? And don't scare me like that! Either way."

"Hopeless-Savage House of Mannequins, vaguely creepy for your convenience since 1985."

"What did people do for their vaguely-creepy needs before 1985?" Parker asked, grinning. "Hey. Tell me you haven't encountered any Greek gods. Or if you did, you shipped them to me."

"They called Ozzie Osbourne," Zero told her in tones of 'duh.' "No, more's the pity, but if I had Janine probably wouldn't appreciate it if I shipped 'em out of country before she got ba--wait, do you mean actual Greek gods?"

"Apparently. Fandom goes nutso again. Well, mostly Hades, who's no longer VP. But Daisy got to visit a Greek Temple while the whole place went crazy," Parker said, making a face. "I am not sorry to have missed that, except in a whole wish-I-could've-rescued-people way."

Eventually Bridge passed the phone to Xander, despite copious use of desperate handwaving and sad puppy faces to fend it off.

"You rang?" He wasn't even trying for innocent.

"You're gonna regret that head-messing, Xander. Maybe not today. Maybe not soon. But eventually?" Parker's voice got menacing. "When the pony shows up on your doorstep, you'll know who it's from."

"When the pony shows up on my doorstep I'll have to check first to make sure it's not Bridge," Xander answered. "...Or my BFF-in-law, come to think of it."

"Point," Parker admitted, considering past escapades. "You're both mean. And if one of you turns into a ferret for the wedding, I'm going to laugh and laugh." She grinned. "Which isn't to say I'm not happy about these developments."
