Final prompt!

THERE SHALL BE ONLY ONE!

Oh. Oops. Wrong movie, wrong tagline. Still, the sentiment remains:
There are two writers left, and they are going to battle it out this final week!

So,
ceredwensirius

and

kittysorceress
Are you ready?

Week Seven Prompt
Genre: Fluff
Word: Eyeglasses (You can use 'glasses', but they must be eyeglasses; not sunglasses, not drinking glasses, etc.)
Word Count: Up to 300 words.

You both should know the rules, but just in case:
Your drabble must fit the genre or cliché, and you must use the word prompt (in one of the variations above) somewhere in your drabble. Any drabbles that don’t adhere to the word count, deadline, or prompt use will be eliminated.

All drabbles should be written with html coding, not rich text. We also ask that you use hard returns because the words will be all scrunched together and difficult to read otherwise. If you have any questions about coding, feel free to nudge your mods. Remember that hypenated words are counted as one, html coding is included as words in some word processing counters (but does not count towards your total with us), and that your drabble cannot exceed 300 words.

If in doubt, send your drabble to the mods with 'WORD COUNT PLEASE' or something similar in the subject line so we know it's not your final entry.

All drabbles are due by 7.00pm Sunday 29th August (US) (that's 9.00am Monday 30th for those of you Down Under).

We are using a simplified header. Please do not make any reference to a beta as we will not publish their names (you can thank them later!). We realise warnings are a topic hotly debated around fandom, but we do require that you provide them if necessary. We will ask for a missing warning to be added if we feel the drabble requires it.

Copy and paste this header for your drabble:

Title:
Author: (this will be removed before posting)
Summary:
Warnings:

Send completed drabbles to the mods at mp.ldwsmod@gmail.com, with your username and the week you're participating in included in the subject line. The drabble can be submitted as an attachment or pasted into the body of the email.

We will strike off your names if we think about it. At this point, we're lucky we remember our names. We will respond to your submission email to let you know we received it. (We are pretty good at that.)

Any questions? Poke the mods: dogsunderfoot or remuslives23 either through the email address above or a PM through our journals.
