I don't know, I guess people didn't really look at the userinfo when joining. So here's some key points, from the userinfo, about this community and posting in it.
About This Community
This community is OPEN membership and posting. You can post your playlists, request music or other goodies from fellow members, post recommendations, gifts, and leftovers. We welcome posting of all bands and genres, from Abba to Zappa. ENJOY!

Meanwhile, I want to say thanks to everyone that has joined! With any luck, this community will, well, become a success, I suppose.

- Make sure to have something available for other users when you post a request.
- Promoting of other music communities is allowed, you can do it once. This isn't in the userinfo, but plugs are allowed in your posts at any time. 'Promoting,' in this case, is posting solely for the purpose of getting members for your community. Plugs would be posting your recs and requests, then saying "oh, by the way, care to join my community?"
- Please use tags! It really makes things easier in the long run. (Organization = Love)
- Comment when you download, it's the polite thing to do.
