MPizza 03/07/09 Homemade thin crust cheese, mushroom, onion, pepperoni pizza

The flour crust was mixed in a bread maker and rolled out.  La Bella Roma tomato sauce with its own spices, some oregano and basil spices, with pepperoni and sweet onions & sliced sauteed mushrooms were next, followed by some mozzarella cheese.  Cheese was very thick in some places, ranging from 1/8th to 3/8th thick.  Crust was soft with a slight crunch to it, the bottom was soft & cornmeal under it.  Very tasty.
