o-week is crazy.
i want to kill the kid who thought it would be funny to pull the ODB fire alarm at 11:30 last night when i was being an old lady and trying to sleep. apparently the room where the alarm shut-off is had been rekeyed and no one thought to give a copy of the key to phys plant. that was special. good planning, guys. after listening to the strobing annoyance for an hour outside in my p.j.s, i went over and crashed on a bragdon couch.
other than that, though, things have been going better than my cynical self had expected. the frosh seem cool, things are running smoothly, i'm having fun in spite of myself.
bought my books yesterday, which was painful, but made me really excited for my philosophy of biology course. i mean, how can a class with michael crichton's prey on the syllabus not be sweet?
