The Move, Part 1
Yesterday I moved most of the contents of my home into a storage unit. It was a little strange to see my things stacked up in a metal box. I still have a lot to pack here, but i feel better about things. I still have to pack up dishes, glasses, tableware, clothes, and closet contents. but that's about it. already in storage is my bed, my dining table, all the chairs, all my baking stuff and mixing bowls (i think after counting, i have about 12), my portable washer, my old ac unit, a few tvs, more wreaths than any grown woman should own, and all my little trinkety things. today i have to get a handle on whats left and where it can go. books and dishes go to storage. coats come with me. movies come with me. pets come with me. painting supplies go to storage. bleck. i just want to go back to sleep.
