a year in review; fanfiction wrap-up

total fics posted: 20
total words posted: 105,000 (oh my fuck)
total words (excluding blogs) written: i am not even going to try with that one because i write plays and that isn't exactly the easiet thing to calculate.
my favourite story this year: the universe encompasses and swallows me like an atom - no competition. it's not very well written or good or stuff, but i like it. a lot.
my best story this year: comme des enfants!! which went off way better than i thought. people like aiden grimshaw and louis tomlinson together and it kind of made me really happy.
story most under-appreciated by the universe, in my opinion: i don't have anything to complain about when it comes to attention for my stories, so - but if i had to choose one it would be the adventures of fit and awkward
sexiest story: how about the only story i have ever written with a sex scene dear catastrophe waitress
most fun story: this particular branch of the lipstick killers for sure.
"holy crap that's *wrong* even for you" story: that would be a tie between the time i wrote girl!louis getting raped at a party or the time i wrote cat!louis working as a prostitute. i. this fandom has ruined my morals.
story that shifted my own perceptions of the characters: i kind of want to say cde, but i personally think they're built like light gave me a lot more thinking about louis (in particular) even though it is a historical fic. so yes.
hardest story to write: without a question stuck with nowhere to go. it was awful and disgusting to write. cde is a close second though.
biggest surprise: i think just, in general, the whole one direction fiction thing? and then on top of that nick grimshaw stuck up on me. so yes, all of it.
a story i want remembered: comme des enfants because i spent most of my august writing it and i love it and if i'm not mistaken it's the first time nick/louis was ever written in any capacity (even if that's just an unrequited, little crush)
resolutions for 2013: i really want to finish my "louis tomlinson goes on dates with harry's best friends because harry thinks he's depressed" fic. also the one (several) i promised mathilde.
and so that's that. it's seems like the year's been longer when i look at this, which is awesome!
