Hi :) my name is Sarah, and I just saw 'comme des enfants' in some one's recommendations and I'm really looking forward to reading it, if you don't mind? :)
Also, did you get the name for the story from Coeur de pirate? Because i absolutely love that song and I may have surpassed the appropriate level of excitement when I saw it!
And lastly, since you asked us to write a bit about ourselves, I will proceed to bore you with facts :D :
1. I am currently drinking sunny D
2. And that's about all that is happening right now which is interesting enought except for may the fact that I'm staring at 3 stuffed animals called Fluffy, Buckley and Pee Wee....2/3 of which or not mine

It's nice to meet you too, and thank you very much for the add :)
She definitely has the whole package! Do you happen to own any of her CDs? Because I came across them at HMV and I didn't even know I could buy them there.
And you are Canadian? So am I! :D if you don't mind me asking, where are you from? (please feel free to ignore that if you find it too personal or invasive. )
Yes, I very much mean Sunny D, and I'm very glad you enjoy it. I'm surrounded by people who despise it, and it saddens me...
They sound adorable :D I also feel as if your teddy bear is appropriately named :P. My stuffed animal of the three was Pee Wee, and he is a baby penguin :D

I only own a download too. Sadly..
*Canadian Snuggle you back* :) and I live in Ottawa :D
I don't know about that, but you must be awfully creative now :). (especially as a writer)
Haha thanks! Truthfully, my siblings helped me with the name, so my creativity was also on the down low.

oh how lovely! ottawa's a nice place
i'd like to think so too, haha

Without a doubt. :P
Oh, thank you :) I like to think so. Though it's a lot less exciting than Toronto!
I know exactly what you mean! I could not agree with your statement any more! I'm not sure if it's the same for you, but I found that after the commanding years, they somewhat ignore your existence for a couple years. :P (me too :)) (and i have an elder brother, but pshhh)

ottawa just has less people - but it's much nicer than toronto :) the people that is.
it's true they do that as well!! my sister's 7 years older than i am and it wasn't until i turned 15 that she finally recognized i was a person (by that point she was living in hamilton so i never saw her, but still)

Personally, I don't think that the people in Toronto are less nice. I find that they are generally more stressed and busy, so maybe they don't have time for pleasantries? ( lol I dont even know what I'm going on about here) Though I will say it's filled with some odd people. On one of my first few visits to Toronto, I saw a man throw his cell phone to the floor (in the middle of young street) and start stomping on it!
Well at least she did end up acknowledging you, right? :) Better late then never (even though this problem probably shouldn't even be occurring in the first place). Hopefully you and your sister are close now :)

yeah, there's just more people i think is the big one and they're all running at such a high frequency :) oh man that is odd! one time, a friend and i were once walking down queen st and this strange woman ran up to her (my friend) and yelled, right in her face, "GO AWAAAY!". then she circled both of us and walked off. it was very terrifying.

eventually yes :) and we sort of are but now she's not even home, so it's hard, yes?

That is so true! :P that sounds very terrifying and I'm sorry you had to go through that. If it were me, I probably would have ran away!
Well that's good :) (I think).
My sister moved away as well (haha to Toronto actually) so I understand how even with all this technology and means of communication, staying in touch is tough. :)
