Today I helped my family decorate the house for Christmas. Yay! The tree is up, various Santa figurines are everywhere and the stockings are hung. I even have all my presents wrapped and under the tree. lol. Today there was even a few snow flurries to really make it feel like the holidays. :) I've mailed everyone's holiday cards, so for those of you who sent me your addresses, expect a card from me shortly.
I watched "Mystery, Alaska" today. I haven't seen it in awhile. I love Russell Crowe. Plus, Ron Eldard and Scott Grimes are in it too and they're both pretty cute. Plus, it's about hockey. And it has a cameo by Mike Myers. It doesn't get any better than that.
I got a job. I'm working at one of the HMV stores near my house. Sure, it's not the greatest job, but it's better than making no money at all and I haven't been working since they let me go at the resturant back in October. But, I'm selling DVD's...it's something I know I'd be good at. lol. Maybe I can get some people hooked on the films and t.v. shows that I love.
Tomorrow is officially my last day of school until January 3rd. I get a whole month off. I don't even have any mid-term exams. I really lucked out this year. Tomorrow I will hand in my "Sense and Sensibility" essay and be done with school for a few weeks. That will be nice.
By the way, I just wanted to thank those of you who left such kind words on my last post regarding my little scare at the doctor's office on Thursday. I still don't have an appointment yet, but I hope to get the procedure done soon, so I can eliminate my worries.
