so i'm just a random person who used to be on LJ back when it first started (obviously under a different username, i've had many) and every now and again i do this thing where i go and click around aimlessly on usernames and journals and i just fill myself with weird nostalgia for what "used to be" and such. mostly i just find a lot of ghost towns of journals that used to be so loved and so active. it makes me sad but it also gives me hope in a way that someday people will come back. i don't know what i'm trying to say, and this is probably weird.
however, a lot of people have moved to Dreamwidth since LJ changed so much, and not in a good way. maybe if you ever come back and see this, maybe there's a chance you have an account there and we could be friends?
if for some insane reason you ever DO see this, and you wanna come back and have an online journal again... there's many of us active over at Dreamwidth who would be happy to welcome you with open arms and help you with any layouts or codes or absolutely anything you need to get yourself started and such, myself included.
