I had a total of 2 interviews last month. I thought the interviews went well and I was feeling quite confident, but I haven't hear from either companies since. :| See how things go lah.

My baby girl is small too. Dropped from 75th percentile at her one month check up to 50th percentile at 3 months. It makes me sad to have people telling me that she's small for 3 months. And especially sadder because I'm TBF and I feel that it's my fault that she isn't gaining well. :(

aiyoh, never never think that it's your fault. i have fleeting moments feeling like that too. tbf bbs are having the best possible milk already. my mil kept saying he's small and she compared him to a FM fed bb. wat's the logic? u tell me.

anyway as long as our bb is healthy and alert, size does not matter much. if u r really gan cheong abt her size, u can increase the frequency of her feeds.

Are you still BF? I just went back to work, so I'm trying to increase my supply to offer her more pumped milk when I'm at work. My PD was not concerned about her size, though, which is good. He was more focused on her developmental milestones, all of which she has met. So I'm also learning not to worry too much too.

yeah still TBF but will be weaning after he turns one (end of the mth!)

she's fine lah. tell whoever say she's small, that's she's a girl. ok to be small size n she will catch up later. :)
