So, it's like this, I like to give a sort of running commentary on things, to keep you informed, if you want to be.  I suppose you could expect me to keep to some ethical framework, just to establish how I might deal with confidences and I don't think you're out of line.  So here it is...

If you tell me anything in confidence, I'll never repeat it, and I mean never...

And all characters in any of my fiction, no matter how much they might resemble real people, are entirely imaginary and have no connection, nor are they based in any way on persons real or imaginary...
