what else can i say about the election that hasn't been said already?? yea it sucks but people are blowing it WAY out of propotion. everyone keeps talking about how there's going to be a draft, and roe v. wade is going to be overturned, and about how there's going to be a constitutional amendment banning gay marriages...ALL THIS IS NOT GOING TO HAPPENED!!!! yes republicans have a majority in both the house and the senate but any constitutional amendment or draft would require 2/3 majority, something that's almost impossible...the worse thing bush can/will do is appoint new judges to the supreme court. that is going to be REALLY, REALLY, REALLY BAD because with a conservative supreme court cases like roe v. wade can be overturned--although not overnight--and it makes it harder for contemporary issues like gay marriages to be legalized through the courts.
in short: its not the end of the world, deal with it...at least he can't be reelected
