i just got off the phone with my mom, here's an excerpt of our conversation:
mom: "i want u to find yourself a girlfriend"
me: "mom, i don't like girls!!"
mom: "u don't know that... u've never been with a girl before"
me: "u've never been with a girl before either, why don't u try it to see if u like it?!?!?!"
mom: "don't say that. find some socially apt gay person for me...they don't exist, they all live in the underground"
me: "if i have to live in the underground because of people like u then so be it"
mom: " let's stop this now..."
i can't wait till christmas when i'll hopefully come out to my family in brazil... i'll probably be disowned or something but i'm tired of living a lie. LONG LIVE FREEDOM OF EXPRESSION!!
ON A (HAPPIER) SIDE NOTE: today adam and i walked down christopher street, the gay street in NYC; there were gay couples everywhere, it was amazing, i even got checked out... i wanna go back there at night so i can hook up with random strangers.
