yesterday was sweet. i took my team to our team spot which is an abandoned bridge. there are some boulders by the rivers edge so i decided to start a fire and make smores and just hang out with my team. it was sooper sweet. we also saw a beaver and that was exciting, how often do you get to see a live beaver- we decided to call him paddletail.
so tomorrow i'm giving a word before morning prayer. i want to talk about being alive. lately in 24/7 there's been this overwhelming feeling of being tired like when you get burned out. it almost seems like the majority of us really aren't fighting for what we want. i want to touch on how we need to give God all that we have during prayer. there are 24 hours in a day so why can't we give God just one of those hours. just one. hopefully the "this little light of mine" mentality will turn into a "this huge gigantic burning fire of mine that will consume anything is touches" i'm gonna let it burn. I'm pretty sure that the time has come for God's true worshippers.
tomorrow we're also playing basketball and that's interesting cause no one on my team knows how except me. i need prayer. i want to build my testimony so hopefully God will do a miracle and let us win. i have faith in my team. rubicon-pressin' on. but no matter what happens...well it doesn't matter cause i always heard when i was little that everyone's a winner...right?
