I think its safe to say that's corporal punishment :-)...and guess what? u can make it at home, its made out of food. crazy huh? its not chemical at all. Worked sat and the CPD dog attacked a jailer and bit his ass pretty good. kinda funny, kinda scary. and i'm in jail school learning that my job is more important than I thought it was... well peace out.
