Happy 7/7/07!
And happy birthday to Bella a day early!
I'm going to be home tomorrow, most likely in the evening even though our flight leaves tomorrow morning, but there's layovers and an hour time difference. (And no, Shaylagh, Texas is not on our side of the country.)
So as many of us as possible have to get together to see OotP on Wednesday. I just saw a "First Look" preview thing on HBO (hahaha I almost typed HBP there). And did you know that HBO stands for Home Box Office? I didn't! Anyway, the movie looks pretty darn awesome, even though there's going to be a lot of things taken out, etc. The problem is that if we do see it on Wednesday, I have driver's ed in the evening (from 5:30 to 8:30 I believe) so we would have to see it before then. We also have to organize our DH party so we can all get the book together at the midnight party. Then I think we should all go back to someone's house and we can all read it, but that could be potentially problematic ("What part are you on?" "Oh, [insert character here] just died!" "ZOMG NO I HAVEN'T GOTTEN TO THAT PART YET!") So maybe we can just go back to our individual houses and read it all night and then talk about it after we're all done. Sometime before the book comes out I'll be posting my list of predictions for DH, so you all can agree or disagree with me.
Yesterday I went to a water park and saw a fair amount of good looking boys/young men. I caught a glimpse of a lifeguard who looked a bit like Leonardo Dicaprio. It was pretty awesome. And then there were some tubing rides in which I got caught in whirlpools. It was fairly humerous watching me trying to get out.
Also, Wednesday morning in the shower I basically planned out my entire series. Well, re-planned it out, because I've had to change a lot of things because of things that I've taken out (like a great deal of Sari's speshalness). It's still 5 books long, but I just swapped things around a little. I have to kill off one more character than I intended so I can make things work, but it's no huge loss.
Okay, so I think that's enough for this entry. If any of you guys want to get together this week, I have dance classes on Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday mornings and driver's ed Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday nights, but other than that, I'm free.

"Can Santa, the Holiday Armadillo and I have a conversation in the kitchen? Wow, that's a sentence I never thought I'd say."
