shouldn't a girl who's so good inside have a matching exterior?

The Citadel of Destiny is going to blow up in 5 months, give or take a few days. I'm pretty much psyched. I love how some of my major story events take place in the year 2007.

So I have a pretty awesome story to tell you all. It involves me finding a new toy to play with on my computer. Last night I was fooling around on my computer and and clicked on a thing called "speech tools" and found a thing on the menu that said "Add/Remove words" so I clicked on it and it came up with a list of most of the words that I had added into my Microsoft Word dictionary (which basically consisted of half my character names and a good majority of my world names). So I was scrolling through, and I accidentally clicked on Jace, and so all a sudden my computer says, "Jace." And I was like, "OMG WHOA MY COMPUTER JUST SAID JACE!" so I decided to go through the list and see how much it could mangle my character names. It was pretty funny because it couldn't pronounce "Talia" right but it could pronounce "Xopelor" right. And there are three voices that you can choose from: a makle voice, a female voice, and a robot-ish male voice, and the robot-ish voice pronounces "novelization" like "no-vel-a-za-ty-on," which made me laugh so hard, and then the male and female voices pronounce the "w" in "swordfighting" which makes it very funny. So yeah. That's me and my new computer toy.

Also, I am putting my foot down. I REFUSE to have Shayla's husband's name be Xylem. I REFUSE. So I'm changing it, and nothing you say will ever dissuade me. I need to mention the-man-formerly-known-as-Xylem in this piece that I'm writing right now, and I don't need my narrator to be thinking, "wtf?! Shayla married a tree?" So either I'm going to find my own name for him or take your suggestions. (While I'm at it, I also need a name for Keira's husband because I've gone through about 3 names for him and I don't like any of them. I hate naming secondary characters.)

So yeah I guess this entry is pretty boring, except for my adventures with my talking computer.
