Browsing LJ long enough made me start to feel properly hungry, and since I cleaned the kitchen fully before going to bed last night, it was a matter of giving in to my healthy side and pulling out the eggbeaters, chopped green onions from the freezer, and a whole wheat bagel. One pan, some swiss cheese, and I have a bagel sandwich! Yay! Healthy breakfast (sort of) eaten!
But ugh, eggbeaters are disgusting. They taste really metallic and chemical. And the ingredients list is frightening. I'm going back to real, proper eggs. Organic cage-free eggs, with flavor.
