SO BEAUTIFUL! *SOB SOB*
Young Justice-
The pilot episode was fantabulously and freakishly AWESOME!! The humor and the interactions between the characters is what sold the show for me, freaking Robin and Kid Flash buddy buddy relationship is hilarious! XD And Aqualad is the shit, he's so badass! And Superboy, lolz, he needs to take a chill pill (like Speedy does), but hopefully he'll relax a bit in future episodes.
I'd say Kid Flash made me laugh the most, he's so comical~ The Flash's are always comical, and I'm glad they kept it up in this show.
Robin was inevitably my favorite. What can I say? I love me those bird boys. Though the creators of the show have apparently confirmed that this Robin is Dick Grayson, he's still Tim Drake in my book. And his obsession with being 'whelmed', XD. I loved when Kid Flash was just like, "What's up with you and 'whelmed' today?"
Though I have a bit of a complaint about Robin.
Holy lisp, Jesse McCartney! I was initially just worried about how you would act out parts where Robin cries out in pain, but now I have to listen to a lisp?? D: You've improved on the crys of pain, I guess someone finally kicked you in the balls in the recording studio, but wrryyy the lisp................................................................
You know, to me, Robin acted like the leader in the pilot. :/ There was only two instances where Aqualad really ordered him to do something, but other than that, Robin always seemed to come up with the ideas and strategies during the episode. He also hacked into EVERY COMPUTER SYSTEM during their mission. Which was hilarious by the way. XD
Seems like Aqualad and Superboy were the brute force characters, they were punching everyone's light out. I wanted some Robin and Supahhhboy interaction though, oh welllllllllllllllllllllllll.
Oh and, Robin wore sunglasses....in a cave. XD XD I laughed so hard at that part. I never really understand an animation crew's insistence of never showing Robin's eyes.
P.S. Miss Martian. INGRAIN THAT TO YO BRAIN. :C She gonna mess you up, homie. XD
