Reason to love Doug Macrae # 684
Doug is taking Drew and I (along with various other Macraes, but I don't know who yet) to the Red Sox-Orioles game on Sunday, and after that we get to go to Picnic in the Park! I went to Picnic in the Park last year... It's a fundraiser by the Red Sox Wives that benefits two charities- Red Sox Foundation and one that changes every year (this year it's Room To Grow, which helps babies born into impoverished families). You get this box with a blanket and a ball and all these other cool pamphlets and there's an auction and you get to have dinner and meet all the players and get their autographs... I'm so psyched! :) Yay!
In other news, I got "promoted" at work. Since I'm still working there one day a week during the school year, they moved me up to a permanent position on 10East, an inpatient unit. I'm so excited!!!
