It's also a remake where Law takes over the role Caine previously filled in the original, sort of like how Sandler fills Burt Reynolds' old role and Reynold's takes the older role in the remake of The Longest Yard. I find that concept neat, an actor sort of taking the place of a mentor character.
Oh yes, I hae seen a part of it, it's funny how Caine plays the other part)). Actually I prefer the newer version better, it is more tense in some way).
