NLCS!
The NLCS begins tonight... Philadelphia is absolutely crazy right now. This city and I have our ups and downs, but it's times like this that I'm glad to be here.
I have tickets to game 2 of the NLCS tomorrow afternoon. I just bought them on Stubhub, which I've now used twice in the past 45 days (I used it to go to a Yankees game over Labor Day weekend against Toronto). While it DID cost $153 a ticket for three tickets, it's actually less than I was willing to pay to be part of this crazy experience. It's happened only one other time in my life (the Phillies went to the World Series in 1993, when I was in 6th grade) and I'm just really grateful to be a part of this.
I'll be in Pittsburgh this weekend. The only thing we have planned is a trip to Fallingwater on Sunday morning. To anyone in that city, or if you've visited, give me some ideas on what to do!
