Newly new
* New pictures for The Hobbit and Les Mis. Okay, neither is particularly exciting, but I admit to a little thrill when I saw (part of) Russell Crowe as Javert and Hugh Jackman as Valjean in the same shot.
I'm surprised at myself how much I'm looking forward to this movie. The book and musical played quite a formative role in my high school years.
* A little more information on A Liar's Autobiography. I don't know if/when it'll hit the screens over here, though according to this, it'll premiere wide in the UK in January.
* Yeah, Uh-Huh File: The CW may give a Wonder Woman TV show another go.
* Possibly the most surreal bit of casting news of the day: Scott Thompson added to the Hannibal TV show cast.
* The new Kindles were announced yesterday, in case you missed it. Not going to rush right out and get yet another one (my K3 has fortunately settled down again), but I am so excited about the "Paperwhite" one. I definitely want to handle one in person before I'd get it anyway, but it's nice to know it's available, when the time comes.
