been awhile....
Wow, it's been awhile since I wrote anything.
The latest news is that I'm exhausted. I'm teaching a day class and a night class for about 6 weeks. I've got about 3 weeks left. I get up at 5am, get to work between 6:45 and 7am, teach from 7:30 to 12:30, go homw so I can take a nap, go back to work at 5pm, teach from 6:30 to 10:30, get home between 11 and 11:30, and start all over again. Ugh. The only thing that keeps me going is that they're paying me an additional 20 hours a week. This will be my Christmas money.
Patrick also bought a new truck. We traded in his truck and the jet skis for it. It's really nice, and I'm glad to get the garage back. I'll be able to park in the garage when it gets cold. No more scraping windows!
Jason's brother is finishing his mission program in a couple of weeks. He sounds so much happier now. I hope he'll be able to hold on to that for awhile.
We're leaving for Dallas the first week in November. Mike Fluellen is getting married, and we're in the wedding. We're using that as a vacation, so we'll spend about a week there. That will be nice since I'll just be finishing this crazy work schedule. I'll need a break.
So I'm occupying my time right now with post-season baseball (go Yanks) and college football. I think I'm actually becoming a Dawgs fan. It's fun watching them.
