fall tv review, cuz watching life on tv is better than living it for real

so the new amazing race went to lancaster on the first episode. Its pretty funny to see people getting lost in an area i know so well. My dad says that since lancaster was the first pit stop on the list, thats why our family didn't get picked to be on it. Right now they are just running around america, so its kinda boring. I can't wait to see some overseas antics.

my name is earl is hilarious. i've always liked jason lee, and i didn't really expect to see him as white trash for the show, but i got used to it pretty quickly. I think its a good premise for a show, and the cast has been doing a good job of keeping it funny.

reunion - I only really watched this show cuz it was on after the oc. This show also has a very interesting concept. The first episode was set in 1985 and 2005 at the same time. Basically its about this group of friends, one of whom ends up getting murdered. each episode is another year in the past, and some clips from the present. I've only seen two episodes so far, and i think i'll keep watching it as long as it doesn't get cancelled. It's a wierd concept that i haven't really seen done before.

arrested development - the new season has been kind of odd, but still worthwhile watching. I think its wierd that the show gets good reviews and emmy nominations, but somehow they still want to cancel it every year.

the new season of lost is really, really good. So far it has been soooo intense. every episode seems to tell about the same story from a different viewpoint. i'm really curious to see what the conclusion to the current predicament will be.

the oc is fun as always. People have been saying that they do not like this season, but i think it has a lot of the same qualities the show has always had. Most of the people who don't like it, i think don't really understand it. The show has constantly been building characters. Its really interesting to see Sandy turning into a super concerned parent, in regards to Ryan. There are a few "evil" people who will show themselves soon, once goddamn baseball is over. This happens every year and i hate it. Fuck america's pasttime.

las vegas didn't get cancelled, despite the fact that the casino was demolished at the end of last season. So far i only saw the first episode and they didn't really wrap up all of the loose ends from last season.
they did add some new characters though, so it will be interesting to see what happens with that.

one tree hill premiered this week, and the episode was mostly a wrap up. They changed actor for peyton's dad, which is annoying. I hate it when that happens. They did that in ER too. its so lame. I mean if the actor quits, just write them out as soon as possible. or kill them off or something. other than that i think it will be a good season. They already started developing some serious problems.

ER and joey are two shows that i've never really been terribly into, but since i started watching them i can't really bring myself to stop. on joey i still really like the guy that was on road trip. and ER is just something to watch while i'm doing something else. I usually don't end up watching either when they are live because joey is on at the same time as the oc and after that i am usually pretty busy and don't watch ER.

Two shows i have yet to watch, but am getting around to are ghost whisperer and threshold. The first is a jennifer love hewitt show, so i can't really find any other reason other than that to watch it. The second is a sci-fi show with Brent Spiner, which i am just really curious about.

SCRUBS returns in january, which seems like forever. Somehow i'll manage.
