Everyone on my hall is so loud during the day. Like why is it everyone finds it necessary to like hang out in a main area the whole day...don't you people have things to do...or maybe like leaving the dorm every once in a while

Oh they do. I have no idea when they function like normal people. All they do is sit around and talk in the hall.
