Thanks for these, I have actually looked through most of the techniques from the first link. And I picked out the less specific ones and have already included some of the better tutorials in the post. :)

Ohhh, I love this post! :D

One more - 13 Going on 30: http://amazing-again.com/13goingon30/ The caps are a bit smaller than most here, but for example the Wristcutters: A Love Story caps you linked are the same size. :) I'll probably have more links to add later. :D

Also S1, S2 and S4 galleries of Lost you linked are incomplete too, not only S5. http://gallery.lost-media.com/index-39.html has them all, complete and definitely HQ :)
