i was driving from school by Windward City going home. i was sorta past 24hr fitness, i was by this intersection thing. and u cant block the intersection so i just let ppl go. so i was looking down then looked up and saw that this guy was waiting to turn. so i waved to him so he would go and he waved back. then BOOM! it hit me. that was IAN

Seriously, a California license plate?? Like he had his car shipped across the ocean? (Maybe I'm waaay behind the times, but I thought usually only people in the military did that).
