Round Twenty Three : Information
I just want to remind everyone that the point of this community and the different themes each month is for everyone to come up with your own work. That means the icon must be completely new from the base to the coloring to the textures to the text, etc. PSDs are a fine tool but you must change things and not simply make a copy of that icon maker's work in the PSD. That is not your work. Obviously I trust everyone is honest and doing their own work but it still pops up from time to time that some are not doing so. Also make sure you are saving all of your icons in the same format. If I get entries with some png files thrown in with jpg files, it makes you look like you are saving other people's icons and claiming them as your own. This is not aimed at anybody in particular. I have this issue pop up on a few of my communities lately so I am simply posting a reminder about this on all of my communities.

# No pre-made bases may be used. The entire icon must be new for this round.
# Please save all of your icons in the same format!!
# You may have one animated icon in your set.
# Submit your entries as a new entry to this community. Remember to join the community to do so!!
# Feel free to post on your own journal/community but don't forget to post 3 teaser icons and link here. Remember to leave the entry PUBLIC until voting is up!
# Use the table provided to keep everything organized. Feel free to change the colors.
# Let me know if you want a participation banner when you post your entry.
# The tags will be entered manually by me.

(10) Themes: color splash, dark, down*, ending, face, half, light, red, scared, & up*.
down: icon focus must be on the bottom OR your person in your icon can be looking down.
up: icon focus must be on the top OR your person in your icon can be looking up.
(5) Category: Black & White : make 5 icons that are black & white. No other colors may be used.
