Happy Friday! I bring you a picspam, pretty irrelevant and utterly irreverent, of our favorite revolutionary duo: Che and Fidel. Who are kind of adorable for authoritarian figures.

IN DISGUISE. No, seriously, this is Che. In the disguise he used to get into Bolivia. Chyeah, weird, huh? yet still somehow cute... makes me think of Matt Damon for some reason.
I bet this classy dinner involves statistics and reports. that is probably what they are looking at. Fidel was all over statistics, man, it was kind of awesome.

"Marcos sin mascara"
Subcomandante Marcos is the nom-de-guerre of the spokesman-leader of the EZLN (Zapatista National Liberation Army) in southern Mexico. He always wears a mask whenever he appears publicly (I mean, he is a guerrilla, so it's not entirely absurd). This must be a young picture of him, because other ones of him, even with his mask you can tell he's getting wrinkly around the eyes. His mascot who rides around on the back of his motorcycle is a one-legged rooster. He's very charismatic but also kooky - he wrote a children's book, and a (for lack of a better word) polemic called I shit on all the revolutionary vanguards of this planet which contains philosophical gems.
