There is a revolution going on in Egypt right now. Most people have no idea what it's like in this part of the world. The President, Hosni Mubarak, has been in power for thirty years and the people of Egypt are tired of his corruption. To learn more about the situation, read the Wikipedia article. Here'a a video that was made yesterday summarizing some of the recent events regarding the situation.

This is important shit. There have recently been similar events in Greece and the Ukraine. Finally, people around the world are standing up for their rights. It's incredible. How would you feel if this was happening where you lived? What side would you be on? How do you think you would react? People die all of the time, but how incredible to die for something you believe in: freedom.

This is inspiring and saddenning at the same time. I wish the best for the people of Egypt. I hope that they reach their goals and abolish the tyranny that holds them down. I wish resolution for all the families that have or are about to lose some of the people they love in these events. I hope that they succeed in their mission, and bring justice to the peoples of Egypt.

Thanks for reading.
