Mandy Patinkin is one tall dude....
I watched the Princess Bride tonite. One of my favorite movies. I've seen it more times than I can recall, but it's been a while so I decided to watch it. Anyway. I've never noticed this before but Inigo is tall. Obviously Vizzini is short. And you notice that in their first scene together when Buttercup rides up on the horse. But in every scene where Fezzik and Inigo are standing next to each other, they're only a few inches different. How did I never notice that? I mean, Andre the Giant was obviously called so because he suffered from Giantism and is exceptionally tall, but what about Mandy Patinkin? Only a few inches shorter (based only from watching the movie and not actually looking at their heights) and not considered a giant. Strange. Like I said, first time I ever noticed it and I've been watching the movie since I was about 10.
