I have a wicked headache, so no real update from me tonight. I am going to bed.
Had a decent day at work aside from the wicked headache, and KK came for dinner. I made beef stroganoff for the first time and substituted spinach for mushrooms (KK is allergic to them), and the spinach was not a good choice, texture-wise. It tasted good, though, so next time I will try something with a bit more crunch to it. KK suggested celery, and I am thinking green peppers too, perhaps.
I must go faceplant into my pillows now. Just thinking hurts.
