Help, I'm a gay man trapped in a straight woman's body...
For some reason, I awoke this morning at the entirely unholy hour of 6:45 am. Since I don't go to work until 10, I usually sleep until 8:30 or so. The bright side is it's given me ample time to try to play catch up. I've been happily downloading videos from sharon28 LJ, listening to a radio interview with David Marciano which can be found here and basically just noodling around. I might make this a habit. It's very quiet here with only meself and the dogs, and I'm getting things done for once!
The weather here is beastly. It is hot, hot, hot, and very muggy. I. HATE. SUMMER. The mosquitoes have been having a feast at my expense. My upper body has been spared, but I have counted 17 individual bites on my legs and lower back. I think if I played connect-the-dots with the ones on my back, I'd come up with a reasonable representation of a map of Australia. Note to self: Add calamine lotion to the shopping list.
Tomorrow I have to take David the wonder poodle to the vet. Over the last few days he has developed two bald spots. In my limited knowledge of canine disease process, the only thing I know that causes bald spots is mange, which I know he doesn't have. Perhaps he's experiencing male pattern baldness, ala his namesake?
I made this last night. I started not to post it because it's not really the best I've ever done, but I decided what the heck. The lower right hand corner cap of a bound and screaming Ray amuses me.
