Today is a day to remember all veterans of foreign wars who have passed on. My father was a WWII vet, and I remember him every day, but today I will think about the contribution he and the other young men of his generation made not just to our country, but the world. They truly were "The Greatest Generation". I ask that everyone, regardless of

Hee, yes thanks to the net it has certainly become so.
>Have you had a chance to try it out yet?
I have, there is my very first attemp to make collages in the new program - http://users.livejournal.com/_scally/172203.html.
Very nice! Which version are you using?
I used this tutorial - http://www.pinoy7.com/psptutorials/photomanipulation.shtml, and it helped me a lot,
That's a great site. When I was starting out, I used Pinoy a lot. I have TONS of links to PSP tutorials, if you'd like, I can hook you up with some that helped me. A good one to start with would be PSP links . It has a huge number of links to all kinds of effects. However, it was joining an art list that helped me the most. I've been so blessed to have received so much help from artists much more talented than I that I want to spread the joy, so to speak.
but I still have some difficulties. For example, I don't know how to make front picture transparent (like your wallpaper "American Boy" with David Marciano).
That actually is quite easy. What you want to do is reduce your layer opacity. Would you like me to make you a mini tutorial with screen shots showing how to do that?
>You're very welcome. I have selfish motives, there can never be too much F/V art, IMO.
Very true! Fraser and Vecchio fanart is a good thing!
However, I should say, there is no F/V pairing in my works, all my fics, vids or collages are gen or het.
That is cool. I love dS in all its forms. Actually, although I do read F/V slash, I also read gen and pretty much all of my walls could be considered gen, as they are mostly episode related or just Ray.
>Not at all, I've been enjoying our conversations very much.
I enjoy them too! :-))
Great! When I have time, I can be very talkative, LOL.
